		Traditional and CNC Machining Rohder Machine and Tool has Traditional and CNC Machining services available to its customers. Capable of working with numerous materials, including Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Carbon Steel, Rohder's Turning centers handle up to 25" diameters, through holes up to 4.5", and between center distances of 84". Serving the surface mining industry, steel industry, and meeting the needs of many different industrial applications, Rohder provides the experience and technical capability to handle any project.




		Four Axis CNC Machining Rohder Machine and Tool's 4 axis CNC machining provides its customers with a high precision, high tolerance fabrication process capable of working with a vast variety of materials. Capable of harnessing a 0.0005" tolerance, Rohder can handle any length of material under a 4" diameter. With over 20,000 jobs completed for clients in Industry, Surface Mining, and the Steel Industry, Rohder can handle your most complex applications in the shortest time possible.




		Hot Forging Rohder Machine offers Hot Forging capabilities for Special Fasteners. Used primarily in Industrial applications, these fasteners have a 2.25” body diameter standard. Up to 3” diameters are available for certain applications. Rohder’s ovens can reach temperatures up to 3000°F through induction heating. Induction heating is preferred in these situations because it provides a more stable heating, which limits warping and other undesirable traits. Various steel alloys are available, including carbon steels and stainless. Rohder can handle over 20’ lengths, with no upper limit. No matter the application, Rohder produces top quality materials, processes, and expertise.




		Roll Threading Rohder provides Roll Threading services for multiple material types and grades. Capable of handling 4" diameters, all standard threading is available. Special threading can be done depending on application. Threads on diameters larger than 4" can be manufactured on specialty items. Left hand and right hand threads are available.




		Tool / Die Manufacturing and Services Tool and Die Manufacturing and Services at Rohder encompasses the entire spectrum of production. All design work and manufacturing is done in house for fast turnaround times. The entire process is overseen and executed by highly trained and experienced engineers. 		Structural Metal Fabrication and Welding Rohder's Structural Fabrication and Welding capabilities encompasses a wide range of materials and applications. Using Arc Welding, Wire Feed Welding, and our CNC machines, Rohder has developed products such as Crane Carriers, and other intricate objects. Holding tolerances as tight as 1/32" over a wide variety of materials, Rohder has developed a reputation for quality work with fast turn around times.
